Billing
Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need. Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. Complete, written treatment plan estimates are provided to all patients prior to scheduling appointments.
Payment is expected at time of services, unless financial arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as, cash and checks. For treatment plans exceeding $300, we offer no-interest and extended payments through CitiHealthcard.

Returned checks will incur a $30 non-sufficient fund fee.
Insurance
We accept most traditional insurance plans. As long as you are free to choose your own dentist, we will be happy to file your claims. We are not a participating preferred provider of any insurance plan. Please contact your human resource department or dental provider to verify if you have “Out-of-network†benefits. If a balance remains after the insurance payment is applied, you will be billed. If the insurance payment results in an overpayment, we will refund you the balance.
Insurance coverage is not a guarantee of payment.
